Chris Roulstone
Chris is the founder of Capital Connect Australia and has a career spanning over 30 years in commercial and corporate lending.
Chris is also the principal of one of the Illawarra’s longest serving finance brokerage firms, which he started up on his own more than 20 years ago, overseeing its growth and success through the ups and downs of economic change. Prior to this, he held senior lending roles for Colonial State Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Chris has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accy) from UOW and is also a registered CPA.
Catherine Carlisle
Catherine has been with Capital Connect Australia since its inception.
Catherine’s entire career has been conducted in banking and finance, with Colonial State Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Catherine has almost 30 years in commercial lending. Most recently she spent 15 years as a Relationship Executive managing a corporate portfolio with CBA.
Catherine has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accy) from UOW and is a Justice of the Peace in NSW.
Vanja Grubic
Bringing 15 years of experience across the banking and finance sector, Vanja now plays a crucial role in compliance at Capital Connect Australia. Her background is diverse, including four years at Chris’ finance brokerage firm and a significant tenure at Westpac, where she excelled as a Premium Relationship Manager.
